HOW GASOLINE ENGINE WORKS

Gasoline engine is a type of machine the most widely used primarily on light vehicles: motorcycles, and the car. Gasoline engine was created by a German engineers, Nicholas Otto.
On a gasoline engine, gasoline is burned to acquire thermal energy. This energy is further used to perform mechanical movement. The working principle of a gasoline engine, simply be described as follows: a mixture of air and gasoline from carburetor sucked up went into the cylinder, compressed by the motion of the ride the shaft, burned by a spark from the spark plugs to obtain heat energy, Which, with the burning of gases will raise the temperature and pressure in the siliinder space, so that the shaft is moving down up in the cylinder due to high pressure combustion, motion up and down the piston rod is then converted into the shaft of rotary motion of crankshaft. Through the mechanism of the valve is connected to the crankshaft setting opening valve enters the fuel valve and dumping the remains of the burning is done on a periodic basis.

On petrol engines, the combustion process occurs with the help of Sparks sparks delivered through the spark plug.

HOW GASOLINE ENGINE 2 STROKE WORKS
1. Suction and Compression Stroke
• At the top of the piston compression action occurs
• Simultaneously suction action occurs in the crank chamber or in part
   bottom of the piston.
• piston moves from BDC (bottom dead point) to tma (top dead point).
• At the time of the flushing channel closed begun to do the compression stroke
   in the cylinder chamber.
• At the time of opening the suction channels, air and fuel mixture will be
   into the crank chamber.

2. Works and Waste Stroke
Before the piston reaches TDC (top dead point), plugs would spark electric fire  so that the mixture of air and fuel to be burned and cause thrust against the    piston, so that the piston will moving from TDC (top dead point) to BDC  (bottom dead point).
• Shortly after the closed suction drain and rinse well as the exhaust duct open,   a mixture of air and fuel  in the crank chamber will push the residual gas           combustion to exhaust manifold through channel rinse.

HOW GASOLINE ENGINE 4 STROKE WORKS
1. Suction Stroke

Suction Valve open and exhaust valve closed.
• Piston moves down and suck out the air and fuel mixture into                        the combustion chamber.

2. Compression Stroke

· The suction Valve and the exhaust valves are both
    closed
· The Piston moves upwards and pressing the mixture
the fuel and air in the combustion chamber.

3. Works Stroke

·  The both valve still closed, Mixture
fuel and high-pressure air ignited by the spark                                      plug fire.
·  The Piston move fast down because
    impulse combustion results.

4. Waste Stroke

· The suction Valve closed and open exhaust valve
· The Piston moves upwards and push the gas   to the rest of the      burning out the combustion  chamber.
